What we do

Our Impact

Community Transformation

Our livelihood programs have reached numerous communities across Ghana, from Buenyonye, Gortsonyo to Tsitsiponya, providing training and resources to hundreds of beneficiaries. We measure success not just in skills acquired, but in businesses launched, incomes increased, and families lifted out of poverty

Our Approach

At GrowthAid, we design community-driven solutions that address barriers to livelihoods and sustainability. We begin with needs assessments and deliver tailored skills training that is practical and locally relevant. Participants are supported with resources tools, seeds, credit, and workspaces to apply new skills effectively. We build farm to market connections, helping farmers and small businesses improve production, increase yields, and access better markets across the value chain. Our work continues through ongoing mentorship and field visits, ensuring long-term growth. Partnering with women’s groups, the Ghana Girl Guides Association, and district assemblies, we ensure programs remain culturally appropriate, relevant, and community-owned
