Who We Are
Founded in 2002, GrowthAid is a not-for-profit, non-governmental organization committed to creating lasting impact across Africa by improving access to safe water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) services and combating Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTDs). We partner with like-minded organizations to deliver humanitarian relief, strengthen community resilience, and promote sustainable livelihoods in underserved and marginalized communities.
At GrowthAid, our programs integrate sustainable WASH initiatives with efforts to tackle NTDs, alongside health systems strengthening, humanitarian interventions, livelihood enhancement, and policy advocacy. By addressing these interconnected challenges holistically, we empower communities to thrive and break the cycle of poverty and disease.
With Country Programs (CPs) in Ghana, Uganda, Liberia and Sierra Leone, GrowthAid is proud to be a member of renowned networks such as the Global Network of NGOs in Neglected Tropical Diseases (NNN), the National Association of NGOs in Health, the End Water Poverty Network (EWP), and other key platforms in the WASH and NTD sectors.
Registered as a recognized charity under license number DSW/9198, GrowthAid is dedicated to fostering collaboration, driving innovation, and achieving measurable results that inspire hope and transform lives.
To transform the lives in marginalized communities by providing WASH services, combating neglected tropical diseases, and enhancing resilience through humanitarian responses and sustainable livelihood initiatives. We achieve this by partnering with donors, local authorities, traditional leaders, and other stakeholders to deliver essential services and build capacities for long-term impact.
