THE SENIOR MANAGEMENT TEAM

The day-to-day running of GrowthAid is done by an executive team led by the Executive Director. He is assisted by three senior members who head the finance, operations and human resource and organizational development departments.

Dr. Joe Lambongang - Executive Director

Dr. Lambongang has over 27 years’ experience in development planning and management, strategic leadership, change management, and systems strengthening. Prior to this, he was the Chair of the Board of Directors. He is a versatile leader with a passion for the sustainable delivery of WASH services and the prevention of deaths due to poverty. He is a 'missionary' committed to saving lives through initiatives that reduce poverty, empowering institutions and individuals, and in providing other services which benefit the vulnerable in society.
